Living Life...My Favorite Wedding Planner

If you are planning your upcoming nuptials and you haven't hired a Wedding Planner, look no further you must hire Nu Beginnings. Colleen and I worked together a number of years ago and when I was getting married , she was just starting her business. I was lucky to get free tips from her for my destination wedding! My opinion...planning a wedding can be very stressful. You owe it to yourself to hire a planner so you can really enjoy the experience, and keep the stress to a minimum.

Colene was destined to become a Wedding/ Event planner.  When she was a young girl, she would collect fashion magazines with beautiful pictures of brides and pretend it was her.  In 2002 she had the pleasure of planning her very first destination wedding which was her luxurious Island Wedding.

This love for Event Planning later translated into a desire to do all things creative. Colene enrolled in various event planning classes, took great interest and learned about interior design, food and beverage and read countless books and articles about event planning. Extensive travels exposed Colene to a host of different cultures; Colene has a degree in Business and currently works part time in Human Resources as a Recruitment Consultant.

Her passion for knowledge and all things beautiful has allowed her to create flawless Weddings and Events for friends, family and total strangers. Colene is driven and plans every event very seriously as if it were her own.

Your wedding is a one of a kind experience, memories that will last for years to follow.  After months of careful planning and preparation your special day will come sooner than you think...  Colene at Nu Beginnings will be by your side every step of the way.

Let Nu Beginnings plan your next special event...

Spend it Good...Hi, Medium and Low

The Nude Pump is a staple item when building your shoe collection. If you don't have money to shop like a celebrity, you can still achieve these looks while staying within your personal budget. Here is RSVP's Hi, Medium and Low for the Nude Pump:

Brian Atwood Drama $695
Pour La Victoire $261

Steve Madden Olympicc Platform $102

The hi pump that I picked by Brian Atwood may have a little black trim, but I wanted to pick shoes that you can get in Toronto or order online. Net-a-porter and Jildor both ship to Canada. You can also try Davids on Bloor St for the Christian Louboutin Simple pump.

Living Life...Photographs that take my breath away.....

The Last photos that took my breath away go way back to the movie Belly... Do you remember the scene when Sincere and Tommy were in the living room in the wee hours of the morning and Keisha wakes up and freaks out ?

Well there's a Photographer in Toronto that I recently met and had the opportunity to work with, and he posted these sick pics of a Hair shoot that he did on his website:

This Photographer is killing it! The Makeup & Hair was done by Stylist Dee Daly
I so see this on my living room wall!
To see more of Joe's fantastic work go to:

These are the photos that were in the living room of the mansion that Keisha and Tommy lived in. The photos are by Thierry Le Goues:
